Consideration, discussion of comments and complaints from the public.
Those wishing to address the Council are required to register by
completing and signing an individual speakers form with the Clerk before
the meeting and must be recognized by the Mayor before speaking. Time
permitting, each presentation will be given approximately three (3)
minutes. It is probable that each representative will be limited to one
speaker per organization. Action taken as a result of public comment will
be limited to directing staff to study or reschedule the matter for
further consideration at a later date.
5. DECLARATION ON CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The Councilmen and staff have a right to declare a conflict of interest.
The declaration of a conflict of interest must be made prior to discussion
of any agenda item in which Councilmen or staff member determine they have
a conflict of interest.
6. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
The Council will at this time either adopt the agenda as presented by the
City Clerk or may remove or table any of the listed agenda items. Tabled
items, unless otherwise directed, will appear on the next regular agenda.
Council may not add any items to the agenda at this time. Should staff
have any recommendations concerning the exclusion or tabling of agenda
items they will voice these recommendations at this time.

8. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING THE MINUTES OF THE
REGULAR MEETING
HELD ON AUGUST 18, 2003 AND THE WORK SESSION HELD ON AUGUST 19, 2003
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the minutes of the
regular meeting held on August 18, 2003 and the work session held on
August 19, 2003.
9. DISCUSSION/DECISION ON THE REQUEST BY CORONADO RC&D
AREA, INC.,
DONNA MATTHEWS, FOR A LETTER OF SUPPORT REGARDING WINCHESTER HEIGHTS
Consideration , discussion and/or decision on the request by Coronado
RC&D Area, Inc., Donna Matthews, for a letter of support regarding
Winchester Heights.
10. DISCUSSION/DECISION TO RATIFY CHANGES MADE TO
RESOLUTION
NO. 2003-25 TRANSFER ACCESS TO A PUBLIC STREET TO BREWER'S TRUCK SERVICE
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding to ratify changes made
to Resolution NO. 2003-25.

INC. CARNIVAL COMMITTEE TO HOLD CARNIVAL AT KEILLER PARK
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the request from RAD's,
Inc., Carnival Committee.

COMMITTEE FOR STREET CLOSURE
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the request from RAD's
Committee for street closure.
13. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING THE REQUEST FROM REX
ALLEN DAYS,
INC. FOR A SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the request from RAD's,
Inc. for a Special Event License.
14. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING THE UPGRADE LEASE
CONTRACT FOR
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY COPIER
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the upgrade Lease
Contract for DPS Copier.
15. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING THE REQUEST FROM THE
WILLCOX
MIDDLE SCHOOL FOR A VETERAN'S DAY PARADE AND REQUIRES ASSISTANCE FROM
SEVERAL CITY DEPARTMENTS
Consideration, discussion and/or decision regarding the request from the
WMS for a Veteran's Day Parade and requires assistance from several City
Departments
