houses the City's administrative offices.
The Elsie S. Hogan Community Library is located at 207 W. Maley Street, and with its staff of four employees offers the patron over 18,000 volumes, including hard cover and soft cover books, videos and audio tapes.

Elsie S. Hogan Community Library
 Located at 207 W. Maley Street, This building served for many years as the Willcox Market.  Now renovated as a library, it offers several on-line services in addition to its traditional, friendly atmosphere.

The Department of Public Safety , which includes the Police and Fire departments, is located at 151 W. Maley Street.
