Old Willcox Market building prior to library project
April 1995 - Flat roof and parapet removed.
May 1995 - New trusses are delivered and hoisted into place.
August 1995 - Building gets a facelift with a stucco finish.
August 1995 - Heating/cooling ducts stand ready for installation.
September 1995 - After placement of new carpet, the shelves go up.
