RESOLUTION NO. 2004-01
A RESOLUTION BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WILLCOX, COCHISE COUNTY, ARIZONA, TO ESTABLISH
THE USE OF THE COCHISE COUNTY ELECTRONIC VOTING TABULATION SYSTEM
THROUGH AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT

| WHEREAS, Cochise County, Arizona has
adopted the use of an electronic tabulating system to count the ballots
cast in countywide elections.
WHEREAS, the City has in times past has used the county's
voting booths, election supplies and services.
WHEREAS, it is in the City's best interest to cooperatively
use the county's electronic tabulating system to count the ballots cast
in the city elections.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Willcox enter
into an intergovernmental agreement with Cochise County to use the
County's electronic tabulating system to count the ballots cast, the
county's voting booths, election supplies and services. |

PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Mayor and Council of the City of Willcox, Cochise
