RESOLUTION NO. 2004-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WILLCOX, COCHISE COUNTY,
ARIZONA DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS
OF THE PRIMARY ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 9, 2004

| WHEREAS, the City of Willcox, Cochise
County, Arizona did hold a primary election on the 9th day of March,
2004 for the nomination/election of Council members and a Special Bond
Election regarding Water System Revenue Bond and Municipal Improvements
Bond; and
WHEREAS, the election returns have been presented to and
Certification of Canvass by Cochise County Elections, and have been
canvassed by the Mayor and Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
City of Willcox, as follows:
Section 1: That the total number of ballots cast at said
primary election, as shown by the poll lists, was 477.
Section 2: That the number of ballots to be verified was 12,
and that voters found to be ineligible were 5.
Section 3: That the votes cast for the candidates for
council member were as follows:

Section 4: That it is hereby found, determined and declared
of record, that the following six (6) candidates did receive the next
greatest number of votes of the electors of the city voting at said
election and shall have their names placed on the general municipal
election ballot of the City of Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona, to be
held on the 18th day of May, 2004, and are hereby issued certificates
of nomination:

Section 6: This resolution shall be in full force and effect
